"My room was unsanitary and unsafe. Standing water in the shower with a clogged drain, smoke detector off the wall. Random staples and debris about the room, dirty towels and walls, trash in the refrigerator. I left within 30 min."

There is no functioning AC in the building at all, and I was told to “crack the window” if I got hot. I was never informed there was no AC prior to booking or upon arrival. ..."
