The customer service at this facility is excellent, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The bathrooms are clean, especially when compared to places like the Heartland Ambassador Hotel. Additionally, there's a bus stop within walking distance, which is very convenient. The facility is generally clean, though it may not be ideal for those with allergies. I personally experienced an allergic reaction on the first day due to dust, but it was less severe than my experience at the Heartland Ambassador Hotel, where the reaction lasted for three days. The only downside is the lack of clear parking guidelines; despite being asked to register our car, it ended up being first-come, first-served, meaning if other tenants have multiple cars, you may need to park on the street. Overall, I would book this hotel again when we're back in Hamilton or passing through.

Lovely place to stay. We got upgraded. Only issue with property is it has 2 washing machines but only 1 dryer. But also can't use at night as laundry closes at 7pm.

Parking space is quite tight. There are some spots I wanted to avoid parking as it would be difficult to get in and out when parking is full. Aircon needs cleaning as the air smells bad. HOWEVER! Every time I stay in Hamilton from now on, I will only stay here. Above is the only improvement I can think of. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. If you want to spend long time in your hotel room, this is definitely the one.

The hotel crew were very friendly and helpful. After traveling from overseas and being tired, I was able to check in a bit early and found the room very clean and accommodating! The food they offer is delicious and prepared with expertise!

The hosts at BK's Premier Hamilton are incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again when next staying over in Hamilton. Spacious, clean, fresh and even has a small functional gym. Really convenient to all of the Hamilton attractions.
