As soon as I walked in the door I knew it was going to be bad. Anytime there is a strong smell of cleaner, that usually means they’re hiding something. My nose immediately kicked into an allergic reaction. We opened our room, went into the bathroom only to find no mirror on the wall. That pretty much summed it up for me. We went back to the desk to ask for a refund for two nights. He cancelled one but I don’t think we got the second night refunded. I called the manager the next day who promised to call me back after he called Expedia, but still no word. Guess I’ll have to do it myself. Freaking worthless people.

Not family friendly. Not worth the price. Odor is awful. Room phones do not work. I wish I would have chosen something else. So much regret choosing this one. I had to go and buy febreze to help with Odor in room. Clorox wipes and disinfectant. Two young ladies in very short dresses would wait right in front of elevators as is if they were waiting for clients. Not worthy of the name. It doesn’t represent Best western.

Hotel is old and has paper thin walls so you hear next door guests talking, coming and going, etc. The freeway noise is beyond loud and makes it difficult to sleep. If you stay more than one night your room does not get cleaned. We also asked for a manager a couple times for the problems we had and he never had time for us! Then we talked to Diego and he said he would take care of all our problems but never came through with anything. Overall was not a Hotel I would recommend!!
