It was advertised as a queen and it was a double, it was a hard and I mean head mattress, there was no dressers and no closets. Wasn’t my type of place to stay. It was clan though!!

We were initially NOT happy because the room was very small and very noisy from the intersection traffic. BUT, the staff was outstanding. They upgraded us to a King room and when there was a problem with the heat not working it was fixed immediately. We have never stayed in a hotel where the staff was more friendly and attentive to our needs and we have stayed in many hotels in 28 countries.

The staff at the Moxy is amazing! So warm and friendly, they go out of their way to make your stay feel like a home away from home. The bar service is excellent (shout out to Tricky) and there is a wide range of delicious cocktails and dining options. The rooms are very clean and minimalistic. I especially enjoy the first floor lobby area with the bar in the centre, games area, the ‘secret room’, outdoor patios, and well equipped gym. There’s often a very good vibe with live entertainment and a DJ, particularly on the weekends. I will definitely be returning to the Moxy.
