Absolutely fantasic hotel. Could not fault it. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is absolutely perfect, and this had one of the best breakfasts I've had at hotels in Japan. When I'm back in Tokyo I'm definitely staying here again.

We stayed here for three nights while skiing in Hakuba. We thought we would try a Japanese room and it was a wonderful experience. The beds were comfortable, the room had excellent heating, the staff were all AMAZING! The onsen was beautiful, especially while it was snowing outside. The restaurants were delicious and breakfast was a feast. We would recommend staying here and wold love to come back and stay again. Thank you
