The property is newly remodeled, clean, and the staff extra friendly and helpful. My family is a huge fan of Chasity who waited on us each day in the dining and coffee area. She has excellent people skills and was super helpful with our stay including info on nearby attractions. My family will definitely stay here if in the area again.

Worst place I have ever PAID to stay.

People having to travel out of state for medical reasons should be informed that this is NOT the place to stay. They should also be informed renovations are being done. They should be informed have far parking is and the tunnel you must travel through , after retrievinng a baggage carrier and making a total of 3 trips back and forth through a not so safe area. The only decent employee, was the new lady--she was awesome. The manager or assistant manger--needs more training, for he was not customer oriented at all. I had booked for 2 nights but left assoos as possible after the first night. Still waiting on refund.

Great indoor pool and awesome views

We had a wonderful stay! Our kids were thrilled with the indoor pool, and to our delight, it was actually quite warm despite the frigid temperatures outdoors. I highly recommend getting a corner room because the views were awesome! Everything was very clean and well-cared for. The room seemed newly redone. The beds were quite hard, but that was the only drawback. Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff.

Convenient Hotel and Great Food

Dennis is the hotel manager and does a great job as well as his staff. Surprisingly enough the food was very good. Probably the best hotel food we have had. I travel about 75-100 days a year for work so I do have some experience. We ate there both nights and it was very reasonable.

Nice view but no hot water!

Never had hot water. Had to check in with desk multiple times to get update. Found out that other families in same room above us had been discussing it with staff all day also without resolution. Finally was given another room on our last night at 8pm to take showers in (as it was not big enough to sleep all of my family). Had to pack clothes, toiletries, and 4 kids to go to another floor, take showers, pack everything back up and return to our original room to sleep. Also was charged $18/day to park in a garage with the hotel permit when I couldve parked there for $12/day without the hotel parking permit. Room was clean but trash cans inside room were not large enough.

Great location! Very clean.

My family stayed in room 417 for two nights while visiting Chattanooga for the long weekend. We picked this hotel because of the proximity to the Tennessee aquarium and the children’s museum. The $5/day add on for breakfast was definitely worth it as it would have cost our family maybe $40 a day at breakfast if we didn’t add it on ahead of time. The room was very clean. The only concern we had was some things in the bathroom didn’t work as expected. The toilet was constantly running, the shower sliding door had a piece come off the track and wouldn’t stay closed and at one point the door knob to the shower/toilet room fell off. These things weren’t too much of an inconvenience for us but they definitely should fix them.

Hotel room was lovely! Everything had just been renovated and was clean and cozy! The Starbucks in the lobby was an added bonus!
