It’s important to specify which side of the hotel you want to book. One side is very very nice.m and other side is not as clean, moldy, and dusty. Once we were moved — the accommodations were lovely.

The hotel was beautiful in the lobby area. Staff was super nice and helpful. The team doing valet parking also great and fast. The room itself was not impressive. It was just a room and that was kind of a bummer. Clean and everything was there but it had no feeling like the lobby.

This hotel is fabulous! Checking was a breeze, the man at the front desk asked us if we had any preferences on what our room should be like…not by the elevator, high floor, low floor, corner room? The room is beautiful and clean and super elegant. The bed is comfortable and the air in the room is fresh and clean. The bathroom is beautiful and clean.

The hotel was beautiful! Staff was kind and accommodating. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not five is for the bathroom. The hotel is under renovation in certain parts. We stayed in the manor section. The room was very nice. I did not notice a musty smell or feel a dampness as some others describe. The bathroom was small and in need of an update. You could tell the shower walls and bathtub had been resurfaced many times. If the bathroom had been updated, it would have been 5 stars. Over all a very pleasant stay and I would gladly stay here again. Very convenient to many things down town.
