Roaches in the hallway

As we walked to our room, we saw roaches crawling on the hall walls. Had to check the room over, not the most relaxing thing to see after driving all day. Lots of commotion in the parking lot as well.

Snotty & canceled without warning

I called to be sure the room I got was handicap. The girl was haughty & told me I should’ve double checked the room before booking. But she did say she gave me the handicap. (Hotel has no elevator.) But they canceled my reservation without telling me. So this hotel lost out on a 3 night fare. Customer service is a dying art. Shameful.

The staff was really nice and the room was clean, a convenient drive to any stores.they also have a really good pool. Will be staying here again the next chattanooga trip.

The only reason I didn't give this hotel five stars is that it doesn't offer free breakfast. Otherwise it is a great place to stay!

The hotel was nice. Convenient location for an overnight stop. One of the beds had black stains on the sheet. We were given clean sheets to remake the bed ourselves. Even the mattress cover was stained. This waa our firat time staying at a sonesta hotel amd probably be the last. Bed cleanliness is the #1 when staying at a hotel.
