Employees at desk were friendly and helpful. The valet employees were excellent, friendly and prompt. This is an unusual negative but the toilet made an extremely loud noise when flushed. If someone was asleep it woke them up. You could hear toilets that were flushed in nearby rooms.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were truly top-notch—professional, friendly, and attentive. The valet service was the hidden bonus that made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

Room was nice. Valet was odd. They wouldn’t let me park on my own and when i asked if i could be compensated for using the parking garage since the valet wasn’t available(it’s all the same). Coffee machine wasn’t working in room.

The valet parking is a mess. $22 a day to park and then you have to tip a valet every time you come or go. I can literally see my car and still have to wait in the cold for him to go get it. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
