The staff was very nice and garden very pretty, by the room felt old and needing deep cleansing, there was mold in the bathroom and overall it felt like a bit abandoned

The room was fine once we got in it. Our check in was supposed to be at 3 pm, we arrived at 4pm and was told that the room was not yet clean- he would call us when it was ready. 2 hours we waited. I was exhausted from the trip. We were most unhappy, but patient. I finally started making a fuss and the desk clerk finally found us a room.

La propiedad es muy vieja, sin embargo tienen un bonito jardín que le añade personalidad. El problema al ser tan viejo es que no se le da mantenimiento, al menos al cuarto donde me hospedé. La puerta no cerraba porque el cerrojo estaba safado, se reportó inmediatamente, lo único que hicieron fue ponerle un tornillo lo cual hizo que ahora la puerta si cerrara pero no se ponía el seguro al salir, es decir, la puerta se abría sin llave… lo cual pone en riesgo nuestras pertenencias. Se reportó y nunca fueron. Se solicitó cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que estaba lleno (y si lo creo) pero tampoco solucionaron lo de la puerta y así estuvimos durante la estadía. Al abrir la llave de la regadera se sale todo, se inunda el baño incluso cambiando el modo de fuerza del agua. El servicio fue amable, el desayuno bueno pero necesita mucho mantenimiento. Iba con otras personas y les pasó lo mismo con la regadera en su cuarto. Esta fue mi experiencia posiblemente no la de alguien más… reservé por los buenos comentarios pero yo si buscaría otro hotel la próxima vez.
