Clean rooms, comfy beds. Airport pick up shuttle service was great, friendly and prompt. Bell service was friendly and with a smile. He even helped removed the plastic zips that the airline added to the luggage. Check in staff was nice. But the other times not as much. The restaurant ladies were great, on top of making sure we got everything we needed.

The rooms were spacious and staff were very courteous. The gym needs a little work, none of the machines except the elliptical worked but plenty of weights and mats to get a good workout in. Great central location.

More than satisfied the place is very very clean, staff is very professional and friendly, I felt safe all time they are pending and monitoring every person coming in and out, they have cameras around the place including transportation, I saw security staff every single time when I walked in and out

Nice clean room. Not the most friendly greeting when checking in. Front desk staff were very “just the facts ma’am”. Centre is pretty sketchy and there are nicer areas to stay.
