Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that when we first got to our room the TV was not working there was no signal and it wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. I called the front desk and someone came up very fast and they were able to fix it. However, the remote had button options for Netflix and Disney+ but they did work. There were no apps for them on the TV and you couldn’t download them. So we decided to just watch from the channels there were. Sadly that was another let down since only 4 channels worked with visual and audio the rest were only audio and a black screen. My only recommendation is they invest in better TV and to make sure their TVs are up to date with the channel catalog. Other than that minor issue everything else was great. Friendly staff and very helpful!

Good clean hotel

My hotel stay was good. It’s centrally located and in walking distance of many things to do and see. Several dining options within walking distance. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t included but still affordable and delicious. The shower was an open concept and may have more water on the floor than expected but we asked for additional towels so that wasn’t too much of an issue. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable as well. Good, clean hotel.

Buena experiencia cuando llegamos. La persona de recepción fue amable al igual que el mozo de equipaje. La habitación estaba limpia. Ordenamos servicio de cuarto y se demoraron bastante. El camarero se disculpó y nos dijo que estaba bastante ocupado - se entiende. La terrible experiencia empezó a la media noche cuando llegaron huéspedes a ocupar la habitación al lado de la nuestra. Los huéspedes y el mozo de equipaje de ese turno fueron bastante irrespetuosos. Todos estaban hablando en voz alta, esto fue como por los próximos 60 minutos. Salí a pedirle al mozo de equipaje amablemente que bajaran la voz ya que era muy noche y trataba de dormir. Él me contestó que en un rato. ¡Qué! Después los huéspedes de al lado tenía el televisor en alto volumen. Después nosotros recibimos una llamada por equivocación por parte de recepción pidiéndonos que bajáramos el volumen. Esto me pareció como una broma de muy mal gusto. Por la mañana, el taxi que habíamos pedido el día anterior nos estaba esperando. Cuando nos dejó en el aeropuerto, nos quiso cobrar una tarifa más alta de lo que el hotel me había dicho. No volveré a quedarme en este hotel. Es una lástima que con reseñas positivas hayamos tenido pésima experiencia.
