Rude staff. I had to cancel the trip. Since I had made reservations through Hotels.com, I contacted Hotels.com to see if I can get a refund. Hotels.com representatives contacted Yosemite Westgate Lodge and told me later how rude the staff was. I called Yosemite Westgate Lodge by myself. Similar rude response. Good thing I didn't visit the place. You don't want to stay at the place where the staff clearly hate working there.

We always have a great experience when we stay here! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are super clean and have everything you would need and the Lucky Buck restaurant next door is incredibly yummy!!

The shower kept backing up. Bathroom had mold on ceiling and walls. Room smelled musty and carpets can use a good deep cleaning. We had dinner at The Lucky Buck on our first night, food was cold, lacked flavor and overpriced. Recommend the 12 minute drive to Two Guys Pizza. Service was great and food was delicious.

Very spacious and clean room. Its about ~12 miles from Big Oaks Flat Entrance which is great as you still need to travel about 20 miles to get to most popular parts of forest.
