Staff at front desk are inefficient and impolite. The toilets and air conditioning needs urgent attention. The wait time at the river restaurant is horrendous and the queuing system for take-aways are haphazard.

Nice hotel does very well for being in a mountain offer food and store but only in certain hours, breakfast restaurant is expensive and not the best but it’s the only option, what’s nice is room has a kitchen so you can make your own but jacuzzis are nice as well.

Beautiful room right on the river! It was a decent bed. Everything appeared clean. Don't waste your money at the pizza restaurant. The pizza wasn't good and the service was terrible.

Great location for visiting Yosemite National Park. Liked having a kitchenette which allowed us to make breakfast and lunch in the room. The onsite store had fairly good provisions. One suggestion is to add moleskin for those hikers who get blisters.

Service was great and the room was clean and ready. the hotel and room are a little tired due to age and wear, but it was fine. The shop at the lobby was better priced than anything inside of the park. There was no coffee at the store which I found unusual. The laundry room was ok, but the machines were expensive and not that great at actually drying. The game room was enjoyed by the kids as well as the indoor pool/hot tubs.

Everything about this property was great BUT the dining options. The dining room menu is too limited, esp breakfast (only buffet). Offer breakfast sandwiches or wraps. The pizza parlor should offer salads and wings. There was no place to get snacks like nachos, chips/salsa.
