Staff at front desk are inefficient and impolite. The toilets and air conditioning needs urgent attention. The wait time at the river restaurant is horrendous and the queuing system for take-aways are haphazard.

The location was Exceptional! We were just a few minutes from the park entrance. Loved that we were able to offset the cost of the room with cooking in the room a bit for breakfast and late dinner. The room was spacious and quiet. We heard the restaurant onsite was good but didnt have time to try it. What could be better was the internet was terrible and pretty much unuseable for even a simple lookup.

The kitchenette is clean and convenient, and the amenities are very good. However, the room I stayed in was missing a screen door for the sliding balcony door, so I couldn’t open it for fresh air. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

We stayed in a deluxe River room which was very roomy with complete kitchen facilities. We loved being next to the river. The property had nice pools, game room and a good selection of incidentals and groceries. However, breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very pricey for what was offered. It would have been nice to have an s lm a carte option. The location to Yosemite is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of six women stayed here for a hiking-trip weekend; the two-bedroom suite worked out beautifully for us in terms of space, and we very much enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the on-site restaurants, especially the pizza. We found the location very convenient to the valley, and we all agreed we'd be happy to stay here again.
