I have diet issues so having a refrigerator is critical for me the bonus was it had freezer too. They had microwave too which I have to have. They staff are friendly I was visiting my grandson at the University. I will be staying there 3 times they remember me when I call. Free breakfast and the location was perfect in Greenville NC food places were all around the hotel. Easy parking. I felt safe because I was by self the last two stays

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and the entire hotel was locked. We waited over 30 minutes for the front desk person to return - other guests were waiting too. The front desk person had left the property!! The rooms are also ALL motel style, with exterior doors facing the parking lot, street, etc. and it did not say that in the description. The room itself was somewhat updated & clean.

The night clerk there she was very rude to me and would not accept my reservation through Expedia because I had a local address and she couldn't rent me a room because I had a Greenville address which is completely BS so you know I had to turn around and leave and had to go through an act of Congress to get my money refunded from Expedia so if you walk in and pay the $100 deposit they want and pay the rate that they want without going through one of these travel sites I'm sure you'll get treated good otherwise there's no telling
