Overpriced

We were only in the room from about 12:30 pm to 8:00 am. Unfortunately we were given a room next to the elevator and it was noisy. Got no sleep. We had paid over $400 for the room because it was parent's weekend. I believe this was extremely high as a normal rate for these rooms is about $160 or so. Very disappointed and probably will not use Hotels.com again.

Shabby room for an expensive price. Cold shower water. Didn’t have towels or trash cans in the room. Had to ask three times for towels. Had trouble finding and processing our Expedia reservation. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed with ECU’s Family Weekend in town.

Nice hotel but breakfast could have been better you paid 13.95 and it wasn’t a lot that Hilton brands give you for free. My only complaint. Room was nice nice pillows and pretty comfortable bed

The staff is excellent but the facility was just not what I've come to expect from HDI. The room was okay but the mattress was like a rock, the door on the refrigerator cabinet was hanging off...just seemed in need of some TLC - the dinner food was HORRIBLE, I couldn't finish it and to gave me terrible heart burn (which I never have) and I had trouble sleeping because of it.
