Clean facilities and friendly staff. Convenient to ECU Health Medical Center. Building is older. Room was showing wear - chipping paint, furniture looking rough, etc.

The room is very dated and has water damage on lots of the property. There’s rest on the lamps. And there are people sleeping on the sidewalk beside the doors you come in. The same woman was sprawled out on the couch when I came down from the elevator this morning.

The hotel was clean and the staff was so very helpful and friendly. only draw back for me was the bed was too hard. But.... We would definitely use this hotel when in the area again.
