We stayed and it was decent. We didn't try the breakfast but it was clean, the employees were friendly. The tubs need to be updated and they need newer bedding and the pillows were VERY flat. I had to request more. Over all I would stay here again.

The rooms were wonderful! It is like an apartment! Entrance area, private bathroom, private shower and toilet room, separate bedroom, with a small living room and kitchen…complete with full size fridge, cook top, microwave and sink…dishes and silverware also! Rooms were clean! Beds were comfortable! Staff was fantastic! By far on of the most beautifully decorated hotels I have stayed…well done!

We had to move into this hotel due to water damage in our condo. We needed a place to stay while they were fixing our walls and ceiling. Here are some things I would have found helpful knowing: Pros: Staff at front desk and wherever we went were friendly and accommodating/helpful. Whenever we complained about something it was taken care of that day. The property was clean all throughout the building It was very quiet! Pool is very nice and warm - no hot tub but that wasn't important to me. Breakfast area/lobby lots of comfortable places to eat/sit Cons: The rooms feel dated and in need of sprucing up. Our refrigerator freezer did not have a working ice maker - the front staff said they were "phasing them out". There is only 1 ice machine in the building - on the first floor. The dishwasher racks slid in but it was tricky to close the door. It was almost impossible to open the window. They are the kind you can open but they are really hard to open. There are some simple convivences that are missing: need more towel/clothes hooks in bathroom. Could use a paper towel holder in the kitchen area. No drawers in the vanity in the bathroom so all your stuff just sits on the counter. We were not informed of the room cleaning schedule when we checked in and then our room wasn't done on the schedule they told us it would be done. They straighten and refresh towels every other day and do a bigger cleaning on the 5th day of your stay. They should give this handout (that is at the des

We had the suite for 3 brothers. It had two completely separate bedrooms with a well-stocked kitchen and nice living room in between. The perfect set-up.

The bathroom was not well maintained. The shower head “whined” loudly when you turned it on. The tub was not clean enough to take a bath. The living room TV did not have a decent picture. The elevator was also out which wouldn’t be a problem but combine everything and it was not a good hotel. Stay somewhere else.

My husband and I made a sporadic trip to Highland Park Illinois to visit a dealership about a car. Although we only stayed one night, the hotel was well kept and the bed was oh so comfortable. Would stay there again if I ever visit Highland Park Illinois.
