The bathroom was disgusting. Clearly not cleaned well, thick dust on surfaces, moldy, sludge in corners and around toilet, mold in shower head, a wad of something stuck to the wall. Room portion was much cleaner, no evidence of bed bugs, and otherwise clean enough. Curtains didn’t close all the way and the shower curtain rod is not attached to the wall properly so it kept sliding open to allow tons of water to escape the shower area.

They had closed the INDOOR pool for the season, the hotel is falling apart, water spots in the bathroom, water was yellow and found things between the bed and headboard so clearly not getting cleaned well.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Hotel is very old and needs updating. Someone had locked the safe so we couldn’t use it. The wall temperature gage was broken so we had to manually work the baseboard heater. Turned it up to 78 degrees for hours for the room to warm up. Because we didn’t stay in the room for a long period, we didn’t have time to call maintenance for the heat or safe… see just settled. We slept fine then checked out the next morning. I will not return for the price. Felt like a budget motel.

Hallways and entry smell of marijuana, the pool and hot tub are not open or functional, the restrooms at checkin are very dirty and the decor in tje rooms is beat up, stained and mattress are lumpy.

This was a disaster. Hairs all over the place in the bathroom. Mold in the shower. A red blood looking stain on the carpet. When we checked in we were told the pool and hot tub both were out of service. The elevator by our room was out of service so we had to walk on the opposite side and use that elevator. The toilet took forever to flush and was weak. There was no TV remote in our room I went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work either. I got ahold of the front desk with my phone and asked for a remote. One was brought to my room that did not work. This place is trash not worth any money at all.

Although it was mostly quiet at night for sleeping, there was no breakfast and restaurants were not near by. When making the reservation, this could have been communicated in order to make a better decision to stay for four days spending extra money to travel and pay for breakfast.

The whole hotel was dirty and outdated. When the toilet was flushed, the dirty water would leak out from underneath. No breakfast. Bar was closed permanently. We decided to not stay and found a nice holiday inn just a couple miles away. Waste of money. Definitely not worth the cost even if we did stay. A refund from expedia sure would be nice. Ads were misleading.

The first room had food on the heater and gum or something on ceiling. The second room after asking to be moved was less than ideal as well. 3 lights in the room were burned out. The sinks stopper was broken and the tv didn’t work well.
