Disappointed in staff

When checking in everything was good. Then first night through check out no love tv. Reporred we had a cat and rhe Faternal aorder of Eagles negotiated cheaper parking. They would not validate or give cheaper parking like promised. So o paid 38.00 per night. Due to the staff NOT doing as we were promised. Not happy with the extra expenses.

You wont get a good night's sleep To me a hotel is first about being able sllep and take a great shower. The bathroom light is on a motion detector so when you are behind the glass and in the shower, the light goes out. Then when i was sleeping, the light comes on and wakes me up.They only clean rooms every other day and they scimp a little on breakfast. Thats no a big deal but if you cant get a good nights sleep, that stuuf begins to matter

The stay was good. Loved the room decor and the cleanliness. The floors were a little loud bit aside from that it us a greet hotel.

Perfect room with a city view

The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room is perfect for short term and long term stays. Inlcuded a full fridge, two electric burners, small dishwasher (dish soap as well and dishwasher soap included) dishes, glasses and silverware. Only things i noticed that were missing was a sponge to pre-wash the dishes and hand soap in the bathroom. The dishwasher itself could use a good calcium cleaning itself. Other than that, everything was wonderful!
