Perfect little weekend getaway!

Perfect location. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and dining. Very clean and comfortable beds. The pillows were amazing!!!

A great place to stay: down town Grand Rapids, easy access to the highways, and walking distance to several different restaurants and right beside the Gerald Ford Presidential Museum - rooms were excellent and the staff were very friendly from check in to check out - definitely a place to stay

I stayed here with a family member for one night passing through Grand Rapids and it was overall pretty nice aside from the noise. The staff were kind upon check in and the room was very clean. The selection of different kinds of firm or soft pillows made the stay more comfortable. The only thing that made the stay uncomfortable was the location and how loud the highway was throughout the night. We were on the 7th floor facing the oncoming traffic so maybe it made a difference but it was a little rough. The TV doesn’t allow for screen mirroring but it has cable and movies to purchase for about $22. Very nice hotel but I would not stay again considering just how close you are to the freeway.

Good - Property was clean Room was quiet Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Needs work - Hotel is showing signs of wear and age. Room AC was a little noisy. Bad - $287 for one night and it didn’t include breakfast. Way over priced.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting for shows. It has always been clean and efficient. Its nice to have the bar/restaurant in the lobby. It is walkable to many restaurants and Van Andel arena.

Average. Overpriced.

Location was good despite construction everywhere around hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable. Toilet paper was like sand paoer. Worse than camping. I waa near elevator so very loud. Service in restaurant waa betound slow. Not worth what i paid.
