On my second day, my room had no heat. The front desk said I could have another room, it was 11:30pm. I was exhausted. The room was so far down the hall, only to be put in a room across from a loud domestic dispute and a loud group in the adjoining room to mine. I asked for another room(it is now 12:30am) it was on the second floor, I just needed to sleep at this point. The room had weird black stains on the carpet which was very concerning. After all this, I decided to just stay in the room if they gave me an extra blanket that was offered. It never arrived. After they checked it the next day, they concluded the heater was indeed broken and gave me another room. The following day, I came back to the room and when I opened the door I was welcomed with a strong smell of what smelt like a skunk. Since I couldn't open the windows, it was very unpleasant. When I went into the washroom, I realized it was coming from there and it was marijuana. I could the front desk, and they said they would have someone check the floor. I never heard back from them. The following day, it smelt normal again, and thought maybe I was incorrect, only to be welcomed by the smell again at around 7-8pm and it smelt the whole room. I called them right away and was told that they can give me, yet again, another room because they are unable to enter another quest room. I asked if they don't have a no smoking policy, they said yes. I offered for them to enter my room so they could smell it for themselves.

Nice hotel, something’s needed updating . Carpet in hallway had a huge ripple in it from getting stretched out and I tripped on it. Bathtub was pretty banged up, but the room was clean and bed was comfortable.. Bartender super friendly! The noise while sleeping was bothersome, I’m not sure if it was the lack of soundproofing between floors but the people above us sounded like elephants. Even with white noise playing I could still hear them. You could hear a kid running the halls above us as well. The other negative was breakfast didn’t start until7:30, so if you have a tournament that requires leaving by 7 you are out of luck and we paid for breakfast, so that was a bummer. Overall good, but getting a few dings in my opinion.

don't get breakfast

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. I would NOT recommend the breakfast "buffet." Free continental breakfasts at cheaper hotels were better than what was offered for the $15/person or whatever the cost was. Everything was cold and it lacked any type of options at all. I would definitely opt out of breakfast (even if you pre-pay for it at a cheaper price).. you'd be better off with a McDs breakfast. other than that, the hotel itself was fine.

Quiet area

The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, bringing up a roll a way bed for our friend who needed to stay with us when his previous plans fell through. I also enjoyed the in room Keurig coffee. Also a convenient and quiet location, close to restaurants and stores.
