The room was very clean and as expected. We did have an issue with lack of control of the heat. It was very cold the few days we stayed and although the temperature was acceptable, we certainly would have liked it warmer. We have 2 young children. We reported the issue and service came very quick. The problem was ultimately not solved and no follow up was offered.
