The lady that checked us in told us that she was giving us a newly remodeled room and that it was very clean. This couldn't be further from the truth. The room was VERY musty. There were several imperfections in and outside the room, including BED BUGS!! I have bites all over my body

couple get away

We needed a stopping off point on our way to Grand Forks North Dakota. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone needing a quick comfortable place to stay overnite

The rooms had a nice rustic feel and were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It is not very often that you get a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a cook top in the room. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I have a new favorite motel in GR! The full size fridge is a game changer. The room was great, big, comfy bed, tub and shower, microwave worked beautifully, fridge kept stuff nice and cold. Staff were all friendly. Didn’t need much from housekeeping but they checked in daily. They alerted me when they had to plow. Oh yeah and it was cold out but the room stayed warm. There is a nice restaurant in walking distance if it’s not January and gusting wind. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

While the property is on the older side, my room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The clerk was friendly and food at the adjacent restaurant was excellent and not expensive.

Stayed here twice (so far) while passing through for Christmas holidays. The rooms are always super clean, smell fresh, and are toasty warm for the winter. Forest Lake Restaurant is a quick walk from the rooms (2 minutes) and has excellent food. We love stopping here.
