I come to Grand Rapids every week for work and this is the only place I’ll stay! It has become my home away from home. They have the best food in town, an excellent wine selection, and wonderful crafted cocktails. The staff is also top notch. They get to know their regulars and truly care about their guests.

Wonderful Small Hotel

Hotel Rapids was a wonderful hotel to stay in! The staff was all super friendly and when we had to switch rooms because of a security issue they offered to help us out with moving our stuff to the new room. I love that they were so approachable about things and made sure the stay was as comfortable as it could be. The only complaints we really had were that we wished the showerheads were adjustable and that the mattress in our room probably needs be replaced as we sank into the middle area of the mattress and the outside edges were still nice and firm.

The woman working the front desk was very kind and helpful. She gave recommendations for good local businesses and sights to see. The room was up-to-date, cozy, and had all the amenities you could need. There is a wonderful cafe in the hotel that offers delicious room service. The yurt was warm and cozy in the cold winter day. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
