The stay was average. It was clean and comfortable. Decore is a bit old,toilet was slow to flush, hot water was limited, brwakfsst options were minimum. Decent "all the basics" brief stay hotel for a road trip.

The staff were not helpful. Door handle came off of bathroom door and no one available to fix. Tv remote would've connect to tv even after they gave me a new one. Breakfast was food pushed around on the counter with a semi wet rag. Trash was taken through the lobby and leaked all over. Let the staff know and they just stared at me

Couch was ripped, bathroom sink drain was broke, bathroom door looked like someone splatter poop on it. There were no safety handles by the jucuzzi tub and it was very slippery. Only good thing for breakfast was the waffles cos you cook make them fresh. Receptionist ans cleaning lady were very friendly

Just okay but convenient

The hotel itself was okay. It was cheaper than staying downtown, close to the zoo and right off the expressway. As far as the room the toilet paper on the roll was wet all the way through when we arrived. Thank goodness they left us an unwrapped new one. And the blow dryer was I've of the weakest blow dryers I've ever used.

I stayed in a king bed / jetted tub room for about $185. Upon entering the room, noticed several holes in doors and walls. The windows were open, which I didn't mind as it was decent weather outside but there was no screen in one of the windows. There was a huge stain on the couch. The jetted tub seemed decent except the main water faucet was noticeably loose. Later on while in the tub I noticed a dark colored hair in the loose faucet. I don't have dark hair... The bedding, pillows, wash cloths and towels all smelled of oil/grease like they aren't properly cleaned which is pretty foil. That single ply sandpaper toilet paper isn't really too great either. There was a pretty huge spider on the ceiling above the hot tub. I've never stayed at a Best Western, so I don't know what to compare this to but I would absolutely never pay close to $185 for this cradle of filth. The girl at the front desk was super friendly and helpful,and even helped me print some concert tickets that I needed. She was probably the only decent thing about the place.

The property is in a poverty part of town. The room looked like it had new carpet however furniture was scuffed up. Bathroom tiles were loose. Phone did not work and staff did not know how to fix. Staff had to bring a remote for tv to room.
