Over 2 hours away from the North Rim

We were looking for a room near " North Rim Grand Canyon" and this came up without ANY address. We were given the address only after purchasing and once booked, they provided the information and it took us over 2 hours to arrive and it was that far away from the North Rim. We called both Hotels.com and the Quality Inn and NEITHER would do anything to rectify the issue. My Choice was to driven the 2 hours and 43 minutes or lose the money for the room. The Worst thing is once we arrived, they said that this is common and people just need to realize it before purchasing and NOT that they have any responsibility for people being stupid enough to purchase it and not know where they are going

Clean, comfortable, convenient; what more could we want for the price? Probably the best value of the 4500 mile drive. I wish I’d known about the food trucks. We ate before arriving, so missed out on that.

Great 2 night stay. Customer service was amazing. Easy and fast check in and check out. Second time staying here and it was wonderful. Nice size room. Clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable and pillows were nice and fluffy. Will definitely be back.

Rude Staff, Loud Guests, No Rest!!

My stay at this hotel was a terrible experience. The other guests were extremely loud, making it hard to get any rest. To make matters worse, housekeeping knocked on our door at 7:45 a.m., even though checkout wasn’t until 11 a.m. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic, blaming us for not having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign—despite the fact that the room didn’t even come with one! The lack of basic hospitality and consideration here is shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
