I love the "kiosk", checkout is a breeze! You’re close to good restaurants and shopping….that said: The staff are always nice and pleasant to talk with. We didn’t see Jennifer this time she’s a great employee. This time staff were concerned about a malfunctioning piece of equipment and not enough money to get repairs. ( that should be discussed in the back room! (In private) We’re Leary of using the showers due to being clean….they appear clean….however, the floor by the window had dirt on it so we try not to go barefoot… This has been our go-to rest stop on our travels back n forth for some years, but quality seems to be slipping….we’re rethinking staying here…😞

Room was clean, I had driven through a storm to get there righ before midnight and the kiosk gal in Wisconsin was soothing and helped calm me down even if she didn’t know it.

Bathroom fan was broken with a high pitched sound that irritated my tinnitus so if you need the light, you will have to deal with the sound. The cleaning staff also went through all my trash and decided to give my yesterday old fries with grilled onions and cheese to the local birds. When you check in, you have to deal with the agent through a kiosk, both check-in and check-out gentleman were nice and the checkout guy said he would comp my room but I havent seen anything regarding this. It's what you would expect with a Motel 6.

One word: bedbugs. I want a refund. I woke up and was covered in bedbug bites. I actually caught a HUGE one and put it in a cup to show the front desk. They have a person on a screen, not a real live person. He did not care and said he would notate it for the maintenance crew to check out. But i spoke to the maintenance guy and he just took the cup with the bug and threw it away. He didn’t even kill it!
