One word: bedbugs. I want a refund. I woke up and was covered in bedbug bites. I actually caught a HUGE one and put it in a cup to show the front desk. They have a person on a screen, not a real live person. He did not care and said he would notate it for the maintenance crew to check out. But i spoke to the maintenance guy and he just took the cup with the bug and threw it away. He didn’t even kill it!

Where to begin. We checked in but ran errands before actually going to the room. We got to the room shortly before 8 PM. We needed to use the restroom right away and our shoes STUCK to the floor! There were sticky stains in front of the toilet. I think we all know the rest. I went to the front desk and was told all of the rooms were full and he was the only person on duty but could give me a mop. I took the mop and cleaned the floor. When I went back down and asked for sanitizer, he was suddenly able to come up to the room if I needed. The floor next to the bed had not been swept and the sheets on one of the beds had a stain. We were woken up shortly after two AM to a woman screaming (in the motel), which resulted in police action (including a K9, parking lot search by officers and one officer blocking the entrance of the parking lot). I had already decided we would not come back to this location and I know that DV issues can occur anywhere but that was the “final straw”.
This was in the bathroom in front of the toilet.
After the floors had been “previously” cleaned.
We just checked in. Next to the bed.

This has to be the worst motel 6 we have stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot! First things first they advertised there rooms as queen beds, they are not queen beds at all but double beds! Second thing they gave away our room, and subbed us for a different room which I might add in as well was extremely dirty!!!!!! I had to go by cleaners and clean the room my self and put different sheets, blankets and pillow cases on… Another thing is we bought groceries so we didn’t need to eat out everyday.. well the mini fridge went out and we lost over 100 dollars worth of food!! I would highly discourage anyone of staying here!!!!! And not to mention the staff is horrible they didn’t help out at all!!
