My husband and I stayed here with our two children during our roadtrip. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but my biggest complaint would be the way the kitchen setting is advertised. There is a stove, and cookware was supposed to be provided. There were plates, bowls, cups, etc... but very limited options for cooking. There was 1-2 small pots, and nothing else. A full meal could not be cooked with that if you wanted it. We were hoping to run to the store and make a decent meal instead of eating out, but that was a bust. I also was frustrated when I called to get linens for the sofa bed and they said they would have to see if they had linens and pillows. There's a sofa bed for a reason, to sleep on... so it wasn't a question that my children needed both on the bed. Other than those two minor things, we didn't have any major issues. I do not feel that the room was worth $300 being that we stayed in much nicer facilities along the way for much less, but I guess that's the area.

This was an absolute rattle. It was the most badly decorated Old hotel on the side of the road with a sagging mattress bad pillars no bath mat. It was absolutely the worst hotel. I think I've ever stayed in.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely concerning. Not only do they give us a filthy room, but the building itself was falling apart. Also, this room was advertised as being able to sleep seven. However, it does not. It sleeps 6. When I dealt with the office as to the mix-up of how many the room was supposed to sleep they told me there was nothing that they could do. They also told me they do not any give refunds. It goes against their hotel policy. Attached to our photos of the broken jacuzzi and numerous other things wrong with the room.

We booked 2 rooms, spur of the moment. One room was fine, the other needed plenty of repairs. The bathroom sink faucet was loose, the shower handle was… I don’t k or what it was; just not right. The other room was fine. Cleanliness was acceptable for the price. We booked quickly and had to tell the front desk we would check in late. They were prepared for our arrival and check-in took under 2 minutes because they knew AND did something about it. It’s fantastic support.
