I was only there for 1 night. The room was comfortable and clean. Climate control was good. The television however, kept losing its picture. Got to be frustrating so i just turned it off.

Friendly front desk. TV remote didn’t work. Maintenance came and switched it out. Heater was noisy and turned on and off and didn’t keep a consistent temperature. Bed was comfortable.

I’m very disturbed and disappointed. No, no disturb sign, No coffee pot, No iron. Super noisy, I didn’t sleep at all.

Dirty, dirty and dirty

First of all, we had two rooms. First room, that it wasn’t it was obvious the floor wasn’t vacuumed and all the finish was worn off the toilet seat. Went to the front desk and got a different room, no apology. That room was still very dirty but was vacuumed. Window sills, doors sinks, everywhere dirt. Second room, also very dirty. The finish was peeling off the vanity, there was a small container, containing I don’t know what, under the heat register. No hair dryer and no hangers in either room. Poor cleaning and maintenance standards.

The property itself was nice but the room we were put in had bedbugs, my son woke up with several bites. I called the office and they switched me rooms right away which was great! but the second room I was put in had a Jacuzzi bath in it that did not work which was also very disappointing. Two different rooms both had something wrong. I’m not sure if I would go back.

Okay place, the upgraded rooms "presidential" we're not really worth it. Lots of construction guys being rude. Wasn't as pet friendly as I would of hoped.
