The stay was wonderful! So friendly. Full of conversation and just made you feel welcome. This stands true from the front desk to the restaurant personnel to the breakfast personnel. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was great...in fact it was my destination for this trip...enjoying a few days of retreat. The only thing that kept me from rating it as excellent across the board was the construction directly across from our room...maybe it would be wise to put the people who are staying several days away from the construction...either way, I always love staying at the Williams Best Western Plus. 😊

Foyer / front desk area is beautiful. Fireplace w/ coach seating for enjoying an evening. Hot tub was great. The front desk gal, Ramona ( 5 pm shift on Monday) was awesome. She was back on Tuesday morning at 5am. Great service, friendly w/ a smile. Breakfast was on time & hot. Christmas tree is up, bringing a state of cheer & spirit to the hotel
