Well located in Grafton, the room was stylish and large. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was large, very clean and well appointed. The room faced onto the road but this didn't matter as there was double glazing so traffic noise was not noticed at all. This is my go-to accommodation in Grafton from now on.

Property was very good. Let down was the Essential Energy people drinking & yabbering on from 11.30pm til 12.30pm in the common area. No regard for other guests. Kept us awake & put a dampener on our stay, particularly when we had a 12hr drive the next day.
