Hard to find, Noisy, very little view of lake, althought renovated lacked the finesse one would expect upstairs and the garage bathroom.The "downstairs bathroom" was a toilet and shower area in a garage that was less than ideal. The upstairs toilet was stained and the light switch was loose .

We enjoyed our stay. The location is good. Jing is a good host who responded promptly to our questions. We did have some problems with the electrical supply, but Jing explained how to fix this.

Quaint and Clean

Only stayed one night but didn’t sleep very well on the beds. Downstairs rooms quite hot as fans only no aircon. No wine glasses and upstairs toilet has very low pressure so hard to flush. Great locations and arcade game is fun. Fridge not overly cold. Probably wouldn’t stay there again if newer property was available. Lovely owner with great communication.

What an excellent stay

Just spent 10 days staying here on the Central Coast for my daughters wedding. We had several relatives stay with us and this was an ideal choice. Great views of Brisbane Water, so close to train station and just an hours drive from Sydney. Owner was easily reachable via text and we exchanged messages several time. They even provided a brand new grill for us to host a Wedding Rehearsal meal. Thank you so much for your kindness, would recommend and certainly will stay again.

Catch up for mothers day

Reasonable house, needs a bit of work. Downstairs bedrooms were a bit cool even with heaters provided. Upstairs area good with heating. The open fire needs a screen to stop sparks flicking onto floor/rug. Needs a gas bbq for an option to cook outside. Communication with owner was great.
