I was impressed with the every aspect of this hotel, from the decore - not as bland as most hotels, with a nice mix of furniture and decorations appropriate to the age of the original building, to the fantastic staff at reception, the size of the rooms (very large suite) and the very comfy bed and furniture. A delight to stay there and the Provincial will be my accommodation choice when staying in Ballarat in the future.
