Motel 6 - accommodation in Golden Valley

I was taken by surprise how friendly staff were to help me about with info and directions, the adult swimming which blew me away the bar service was and choice of music was great You can also order finger foods poolside. I attended a concert David Barrett was one of Whalers with Bob Marly. The resturants were good and Fat burger is something else as too the pizas fully loaded. Bowling ally with 25 lanes a Movie theater which I did see but didn't go. Parking was easy to find and safe. I'm so pleased with the Casino and resort I'll be going back.

First of all when we checked in the man that checked us in was rude when telling me he needed another card for a deposit for the room which I was not aware of. Second, our room was never attended to in any sort the whole time we were there. Third we called for bedding. It never showed up. We had to call back again and ask for it. A man showed up basically threw Sheets at me and I asked him for a blanket and told me have no blankets. And then when we checked out I asked about the deposit and the man said it should be about 7 to 10 days. If you're getting anything back and then I was charged another $85 and called back to ask about the charge and was hung up on three times. Never got an answer or call back when I left a message.. very disappointed in our stay... And we've stayed multiple times. Won't be back and passed the information along to others .
