Very dirty , bed skirts had stains from something, the sheets had stain , they were clean but old stains , the rug in hallway was very dirty and ripped in places , the bathroom off the reception area the blower to dry your hands didn’t work . I’m not one to complain, actually I have never gave a bad review but this was bad . If this is what holiday inn express is turning into then I will be looking elsewhere I have pictures if anyone actually cares

Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we checked in. We were offered another room, but it had the same smell. Staff sprayed deodorizing spray, but it didn’t help. The room was visibly dirty — splatters on the walls, lamps, bed skirts, and chairs. Overall, it felt extremely unclean and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

I would have scored higher but the hot tub jets are nearly nonexistent. All the other guests were commenting on it while there as well. Minor in the big picture but the hotel as a whole is very nice. The breakfast is fantastic, rooms are very nice. Hotel is clean and rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed the stay. We will come again.

Bed was co.fortable, room was clean and the breakfast was generous. There are many things to do in the area including the Golden Skybridge and Mountain Coaster within a 7 minute drive. The hot tub was not working bit it was still hot and nice to sit in after a long ride.

We had a great experience during our recent stay. The location was perfect – easy to find, very walkable, and close to everything we needed. We felt completely safe walking around the area, even at night. The hotel itself was clean and well-kept. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which made meals super convenient. Whether we wanted a quick bite or a sit-down dinner, there was something for everyone just steps away. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back!
