Avoid if you have any other options. Visibly dusty room, dirty shower curtain. The photos on Expedia aren't representative of the space. The rooms are very dated, so the bedding wasn't comfortable. At check in, was told if any my hair color ran onto the towels there was a $50 charge. Thank goodness we only had to spend 1 night.

It was a quick stop overnight on our drive to Calgary so didnt get to enjoy the spa room but like that its an option. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and none of the restaurants served food past 10pm which was a bummer because we were really hungry!

Everything was pretty average except for the sheets. The sheets were amazing; nice and brand new I think. The room could use some TLC though (holes in the drywall, stained lamp shades, old poorly painted base board heaters). It was convenient that the sink was outside of the bathroom so 2 people could get ready at the same time. There was no hair dryer though.

Found out on arrival that there were no ground floor rooms, unlike last stay there. Tried to pay with AMEX I used to book stay with Hotels.com; was told AMEX not acceptable despite their tap & pay machine saying it did. Proprietor very helpful in carrying a heavy cooler up stairs to room. Couldn't get TV to work. Carried cooler down the stairs ourselves at 6:00 AM. All bed pillows like giant heavy marshmallows - why do hotels think everyone likes them? Motel grounds cluttered and under renovation.
