The property is well taken care of. The pool and hot tub are nice. In off season (spring/summer) seems like there is less staff; when we came one lady was working and it seemed very busy for her, but she was still able to help us. Rooms are always clean. We have stayed here a few times and always bring the dogs which is great for us.

It's a short drive from town with nothing but nature around the hotel so it was very quiet and peaceful sleeping with bird song to wake up in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and the staff were polite and helpful!

One night was not enough

The location was spectacular, the beds were comfortable but the bedding was too light, ask for a blanket on cooler days. Rooms could use blackout curtains as the property lighting (storage shed) was very bright and lit up the room all night. I would highly recommend this hotel over all others for thise that are looking for quiiet and nature. I will 100% return to explore area longer.

I was underwhelmed with the condition and supplies that were provided. The fireplace in the cabin did not work. When you book a cabin in the mountains, it is nice to have a fireplace, especially when that is advertised. We were only given limited towels. There were no coffee cups. I felt we paid too much for the quality we received.

Not worth the money.

Overall experience was not the best. Accidentally booked an extra room with the couple we were staying with. The manager would not even think about giving a refund for it. Staff was not the friendliest, breakfast was mediocre, and rooms are definitely not what you pay for.
