The rooms were filthy. Had to wear shoes just to go to the bathroom. Bugs all over the floor. Baseboards caked in dirt. Had to request toilet paper and clean towels.

Overall the hotel was convenient, it had a beautiful pool and gardens. However, it is very understaffed and it showed. Our room was not properly cleaned when we checked in, crumbs and dust on the TV stand, very wrinkly bedsheets (although clean), and there wasn’t even a fitted sheet on the bed they had tucked in flat sheets underneath the mattress which was odd. There was also no room cleaning services during our stay. I feel that if their staff was adequate it would have been a better experience but our first impression of the room was not positive and it was not cheap for the weekend we stayed either.

I had to pull out the table between the beds to plug in the lamp. There’s a few weeks worth of food and dust under and behind it. A simple check out the lamp would have remedied the situation. It must not have been checked in weeks.

Staff were friendly, and the air conditioning worked very well. However, the bed sheets were old and seemed near the end of their lifespan. The pool was nice, but some guests swam in regular clothes instead of swimsuits.

The Hilltop was an excellent space with beautiful room, really comfortable beds and pillows, and the surrounding grounds were gorgeous! Especially the pool and area was so beautiful! We will be back and are already telling our friends they should go!

This is a beautiful little hotel, that has a fantastic pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hilltop Inn. Julie, the Customer Relations Manager was incredibly helpful by making our stay even more enjoyable by changing our room to a more poolside room. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff and the beautiful grounds. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and several golf courses.

The first front desk person we met was very friendly, after him the rest were quite rude. The bathroom had mold in it and so many bugs. There was a constant banging on the wall that never stopped. The pool was good, however we were told we could only have 1 towel because they didnt have enough for all guests. The rooms are undown. Only 1 hot tub running which we couldnt use because it was full of rowdy kids with no parenys. Not worth the money they charge.

Fyi, the restaurant wasnt open when we were there. The website doesnt show the hours....so that sucked. We were hoping for dinner the lounge and a breakfast. They seem to have everything all in house. But not the days we were there.
