Staff were excellent, breakfast was very good. Condition of the room was awful, chair in the room was terribly stained, carpet was dirty, and lighting in the bathroom was worst ever, very disappointing for a Best Western brand hotel.

Check-in was frustrating. The lady checking me in was more concerned with another lady that showed up (manager/owner ?) vs checking me in. She was very rude. Breakfast was basic. There was a used face cloth hanging on the shower rod that fell on top of me when I got into the shower, and there was a dirty handprint on the bathroom wall. Unfortunate because the room itself was nice. Gas/restaurants close by. Right off of Highway

This is a well kept hotel with really nice rooms. Beds are nice, and it’s a quiet area. The free breakfast is outstanding. They even have homemade cookies and coffee set out in the afternoon. The staff are lovely. I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Golden for any reason.
