The castle was absolutely magical. Beautifully restored. Amazing gardens and birdsong in the morning. We had a lovely comfortable bedroom with bathroom and a delicious breakfast. Thank you to friendly staff well worth the stay to see the castle ahead of tourist groups.
Great place to stay everything you want onsite. Only downside was room was cold when we got there
Step into shower was a bit dangerous and shower water temperature varied.
The bedroom was comfortable and cosy. Bed and bedding was great best sleep we had on our 9 day trip south. Would be nice to see some TLC on the hotel as there is so much history there.
Lovely property great location. The lines is fantastic but the pillows are all toooooo big - I tried pillows from the lounge and ended up folding the dressing gown to use - recommendation is to have too high and two low pillows. The parking is not great and there should be a lift from the basement ...
Great price, clean, warm, and friendly staff. For those on a budget, The Leviathan is a great choice.
