The bed was very soft and had a hollow on left side, which was too uncomfortable. The service of the room was ok but a dish was put back on the shelf not clean. The room itself was excellent (layout and space) with excellent amenities and view. Overall we would stay again.

The view out to sea was fantastic, the onsite parking under the building was a bonus given the 3 days of rain during our stay. Room was clean new carpet, TV's very old and could do with replacing. Every day when they serviced our room they didn't replace shampoo and other shower accessories. Room will appointed with washer / dryer, full array of kitchen services. Bed was very comfy, and good nights sleep. Was unique hearing the ocean in full flight at night, very powerful. The plastic leather couch in the lounge could do with going to the dump, it was well past its best by date. We asked for assistance and recommendations on how to get to the Elton John Concert, never heard back from anyone about this. Room price for concert night was more than double that of any other night so doesn't leave a good taste after that.

Good afternoon, We apologize if your stay was did not meet the expectations. Your comments are very important to us, it make us improve and offer a better service. The 4th February was very busy day, our receptionist in the afternoon was prepared to assist our guest with all the information about Elton John concert (maps and public transport in the area). Perhaps was a misuderstanding, it really surprise us, the receptionists are able to assist and help our visitors from 7am to 10pm. However, we apologize for you bad experience at Hotel St Clair. Kind regards

Beautiful view of the ocean, close to restaurants. Room itself was verly clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Easy access to parking. The host was welcolming, friendly and very helpful would be happy to stay again
