Honestly the room was spotlessly clean- I can only dream of such level of cleanliness at home especially the bathroom! Except for the annoying flashing light on the ceiling smoke detector everything was immaculate …… will stay here again but will bring an eye mask with me next time!

Very helpful reception staff - we were made most welcome. Room view looked straight into windows of adjacent building so had to keep curtains closed. Apart from that - we had a very comfortable stay.

We stayed for my Fiancée 30th birthday. The packages they offer are incredible, the Spa was excellent. The staff is the reason we'd stay again, everyone was so polite and helpful. Overall it was a great experience

Perfect for our needs

Nice hotel in the center of town. Great smelling products in the bathroom! We were only there a night so only experienced the room and the bar briefly. Everything was great.

Unfortunately, I contacted the hotel early Saturday morning S we had had a family emergency through the early hours. I wanted to let them know that we wouldn’t be able to stay, I suggested that we move the reservation to November 8th as my husband would be staying in Glasgow on that date but I have had no response at all.
