The hotel was a lot noisier than I was expecting. Being right next to Glasgow Central station this is somewhat unavoidable, but the aircon also made a constant electrical buzzing noise even when not in use and the noise from the hallway was noticeable too. If you need silence when sleeping, perhaps not the place for you! Otherwise, room was furnished to a high standard, everything was very clean and all the staff were wonderful.

Central, wonderful staff

The Leonardo is one of our favorite hotels throughout a long trip. The staff were lovely, especially Angus, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. The location is central and walkable, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Clean, modern and relaxing!

Room was clean, spacious and the bathroom also!! We had access to the executive lounge which was great. The TV didn't seem to be connected to the internet meaning we could only get basic TV and no way to get the cast feature to work. However, everything else was fantastic. Check out was easy and a strange / random charge to my account by another guest (?) was quickly dealt with professionally. The whole feeling of the hotel is very relaxed and we will definitely return!
