Duct tape all over carpets on 5th floor, ac didnt get cold, pillows are complete trash, 24hr room service advertised but doesn't exist, no bath tubs, tv channel selection is terrible, there was this little porch that you could stand on with the doors open that was cool but when we looked up there was a large chunk of hair hanging off the floor above.

It was dirty and there was molding food in the snack/ice spot on the 6th floor. We ate dinner at Brew Brothers and it was horrible! Even made me sick throughout the night. Had a bug in my drink and ribs looked so under cooked.

Horseshoe

No valet or luggage assistance. The wheels on the luggage cart needed air and were difficult to maneuver. The AC in the room froze and would not work so it was too hot. The maintenance person left the front of the unit on the floor and did not return to repair or notify desk we needed a room change. The next morning, called maintenance on a broken TV selector and they determined the problem but we still did not get a room change. The window latch was broken so window swung in the breeze on the 8th floor with no screen.

For $200 a night I could have gotten a much nicer room at the Monarch just across the street. You'd think when Caesers bought this place they would have made some major upgrades. Instead it's still the same old dingy hotel that it was before they bought it.

Got walked in on my hotel while I was about to shower. Very awkward for me and the guest walking in Got a call from the front desk with a tone that I shouldn’t be in this room. And then got told it was OK for me to be to be in this room that they had a trainee and they were sorry. And then coming back to my hotel at 9 o’clock. My keys did not work. Talk to the supervisor and he told me he’s been very busy today. So not a good anniversary driving eight hours. Trying to relax.
