Although the breakfast needed more variety - the staff were fantastic - they knew our coffee/tea order and we found everyone who we came in contact with super friendly - i was driving around Penang and the security in the car park - was alway helpful when parking - i would stay again - room always cleaned and plenty of towels

The Millen is DEFINITELY worth considering for your stay in Penang! We booked the sea view 1-bedroom suite and were immediately BLOWN AWAY by the view when we walked into our room. The sea view from the bath tub is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is very new, it opened in October'24, so the condition is tip top! We love the decor and style of the hotel and the privacy and security of the rooms. Your hotel key will only allow access to your floor. The gym is fantastic....fully equipped and it's opened 24hrs. The infinity pool....oh, it's gorgeous. The spa is beautiful too and I had an awesome massage and facial on my birthday. The staff were friendly and took really great care of me. Location of the hotel is excellent, too. Not far from the airport, and it's just a few minutes drive from all the attractions in Georgetown, as well as the popular malls...and also places like Bukit Bendera and Batu Feringghi. We strongly and sincerely recommend this hotel! The staff are super attentive and will never forget to greet you at the door or even when you pass the reception. If we come back to Penang, we will definitely return here!

What can i say at about this hotel, its stunning. We went in May and stayed for 3 nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay from the hotel room to the the gorgeous bathroom to staff to the food, it was simply divine. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. We travelled with our som and had two rooms. The food in the restaurant was amazing, i would definitely recommend it. I would love to go back. I especially loved their laksa cookies. Hope to go back to the hotel in the future. Well done Millen team keep up the good work

Everything was really nice. It is a new hotel and well furnished. The view from the shower room was beautiful with the sunrise. Service was good and the location was close to the malls.

Two comments : Air conditioning at room 3405, was bit too cold. Despite changing many times (incl hotel technicians) it keeps at below 23. Normally, 23 is fine but it felt much lower than 23. Stayed 5 nights and the breakfast menu was the same. Would be nice if can alter a bit. But overall, The Millen is my choice to go and I’ll be back the next time.

As this was a special occasion for us, we received an upgrade and the room had a wonderful view. The hotel and its rooms has a very nice, elegant design. The room had a luxury feel with nice furniture and large bathroom including a bathtub with a view over the city. Nice! Communication and correspondence before the visit excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We struggled a bit with getting the right temperature from the AC. Breakfast adequate for a few days stay. A bit limited in choices. Staff always reassuring that guests had a good breakfast experience. Gym well equipped but in a small area

I had a disappointing experience at Millen Hotel. The check-in process took far longer than expected, and the front desk staff especially the Chinese girl seemed unfamiliar with the payment process, which caused delays. I hope the management can improve staff training and efficiency to provide a better experience for future guests.
