Really enjoyed our 7 night stay here. The view over the ocean is outstanding. My only negative was the small fridge is not cold enough. You can’t get your drinks cold enough. Would stay here again.

Our room was in front of linens storage. Probably if the staffs leave the door open, an alarm rings. One night the alarm was kept going hours. It was annoying. And the swimming pool is small. Incredible view from room (30th floor). Extensive breakfast choices. Beach and pool were not used by many guests the 3 days I was there. Far into Goergetown so not a good base. Suggest a few days there to relax and a few days in Georgetown

The hotel, location, and the service were all good. There were some discrepancies in the room. The manager was very kind and he took care of them. The only complaint that I had was the first lady at the front desk who answered the call when I tried to tell her my room was not made completely. She instead of apologizing and solving the issue, she asked me if I requested to have my room cleaned. That was not professional and not acceptable. The beaches were useless. They were dirty and empty.

Gd location, view, gd free breakfast but room furniture wearing out - need urgent replacements. TV only has 1 English Channel - AXN. Movies via scanning the Roomie app doesn’t work. Parking for big cars a big challenge up the multi storey carpark. Front Security staff helpful in securing parking in front of hotel for my MPV.
