Learning in Comfort

Amazing village tour with Sheik! It was highly informative regarding land use, nature, and nature’s medicine. Also met a few lovely villagers who were ever so kind in sharing their garden’s ubat, and introduced me to their friendly & beautiful kitties! And then there was Fauzi with his incredible knowledge of the tides, how to foretell a tsunami, and botany. Overall a great stay!

Excellent resort with great food and beverage options. Beach access is convenient, dinner by the beach is great place at Gustoso restaurant. Rooms are spacious. Pool are in excellent coniditons and right size.

A week in Paradise

A great hotel albeit food prices are quite high but quality is good. If you like a drink you can get alcohol but again it can be pricey. The staff a re very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping are brilliant and Afzal kept are room in fine form. There is a lot of wildlife in the gardens. The breakfast is an unbelievable experience with food choices for every nation. We ate out at night using various vendors and never had a bad meal. The main pool is an absolute picture as is the Beach where you can take a boat to monkey beach or take a swim.

Amazing Retreat -Cherished Memories at Park Royal

Amazing stay - Lovely retreat and enjoyed our stay - Enough programmes for our 48 hour stay . Wide selection for breakfast . Thoroughly enjoyed watching sunset by the beach and had a lovely entertainment by Fire Hunter . Enjoyed our late evening drink at Sunset beach bar . Enjoyed my spa treatment and very pleased to get 20% discount for our Italian dinner at Gustaso .The para sailing was a amazing experience

Whatever expectations I had were met and exceeded beyond my imagination. I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Royal resort in Penang. The staff is very warm and welcoming and so very helpful, especially Osman and Ali. The property is gorgeous and is very well kept. I definitely will come back to the Park Royal resort anytime I’m in Penang. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It is located in a walkable distance to attractions such as the night market, local souvenir stores and cafe. Check in was very slow. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of foods but the crowd was very large. There were too many people getting foods and the staff couldn't replenish the food fast enough. The staff was excellent and they always did their best. We had three people staying in a room and the staff came to put down bed sheets and comforter on the day bed for us upon request.

Very luxurious hotel

The hotel is very luxurious. Upon check in, we were greeted with a welcome drink. I didn’t the room was a family suite. The bedroom was huge and there were 2 bathrooms. The suite was too big for the two of us. However we really enjoyed our stay there. We could ask for bottled water anytime for free. We felt that we were being pampered by the staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Property, staff and area were amazing only down side is the food the Asian restaurant was amazing however the Italian was poor and there wasn’t really any other options
