Food is cold , beer is warm all else ok. Room was good but a bit old and the view was fantastic.

Nice enough hotel

Pros: Pool and great restaurants right across the road
Cons: Pulling up the dirty stained, smoke smelling carpet in the corridors of every floor and giving the walls fresh coat of paint.
Location: Easy access to either Georgetown or Batu Ferringhi by Penang Rapid right out front of hotel
Location was good. Good restaurants right across the street. Hotel was good, except for 2 things. The hotel staff with a couple of exceptions need to smile more and not treat customers as a chore. Breakfast was ok. Did the job. Nothing amazing, but they catered for both Western and Asian tastes.

It's a clean hotel although it's old.

Had a lovely & relaxing time! Hotel is so close to the beach. Met other couples who were regulars in this hotel and we became friends! Truly a memorable holiday.

Good affordable hotel by the beach

Pros: Nice pleasant room with sea views
Cons: Maintenance/cleaning staff needs to make sure they do their job properly
Location: Great location and not far from amenities
My wife and I are very pleased with our 3-nights stay at this hotel. The only thing that is holding us back from giving 5 stars is the hotel maintenance staff not vacuuming the room even after informing the front desk staff. We had to call up a second time before they finally come to vaccume the room.
