We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern & well located being a 15 minute walk from the main train station. This was convenient for us as we did 2 day trips by train to Annecy & Montreux. Our room was very comfortable & surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was very good - no hot options but a good variety of cereals/muesli/granola, toppings, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, breads etc. There are also tea/coffee stations on each floor which is a nice idea but unfortunately the hot water just isn't hot enough. The hotel e trance is located within a sjopping centre

Yes the room was spotless. Had a noise issue with the room next to us. Went to reception and the gentleman came down to our room. Went next door and resolved the issue courteously and politely and efficiently. Bravo young man! You made the difference between an average rating to an excellent one. Perfect location for our Christmas trip! Few minutes walk to the old town and about 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market which was ideal for us. Cosy room was lovely, shower was amazing! Pillows rubbish but that’s a preference thing.. staff were all fab, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but location was wonderful! Would definitely come back here!
