The bed was very comfortable but up against 3 walls so difficult to get in and out of. The staff was amazing and so polite and helpful!!! It was right in the middle of everything, very walkable. Great hotel

Staff was amazing. The location( near old town) and close to lake Geneva was great to visit the city. Free water taxis on the lake and free transportation was a plus. Tram stop just outside the hotel.

It was centrally located to all the areas that we wanted to visit on both sides of the river. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff was awesome with lots of great tips for things to do and where to eat. The check-in process was super easy too.

Great hotel!

Love that we were welcomed at the door and assisted with self check in. Room had a closet and comfortable bed. The sink was separate from the shower and toilet, which was convenient

This is the way a hotel should be in the modern age. Easy self check-in and check-out (with staff nearby eager to help). You can control the lights, blinds, TV, etc from the app on your phone. The room was modern and very comfortable. And right in the centre of the city!

Very cool place with great lobby and bar area. Room was boutique like and while king bed was great, only thing was it was against the wall so inside person had to crawl over other to get out! That being said, amazing area and we get that space is a commodity. Would definitely recommend!
