The staff was very friendly and kind, the area is nice and quiet and has plenty of options for food. We really liked the room and the layout of it. It had everything we needed and more! My friend and I enjoyed walking around the city and enjoying the sights. Thanks for everything!

Nice 4 star hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Valet parking is provided as a default with reasonable price for Geneva. Great location to the lake and train station as well.

Great trendy hotel with amazing staff.

A few days away for my husbands birthday surprise. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a better room with a partial lake view and a bath. The only slight issue was the bath side was extremely high, fine for us, but for anyone with mobility issues it would have been a problem stepping in and out of the bath. The room was very comfortable & trendy. The staff were polite & efficient. When we had a slight issue with our room not being cleaned one day, we were immediately offered a drink in the bar while it was being cleaned. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it was far too expensive for what was on offer. We did enjoy the Valentines dinner - the food was amazing, the service great. Shame there weren't more guests in there for the atmosphere. All in all a good hotel that we've already recommended.

The hotel exceeded our expectation - we had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights. Accessible to the train station, lake shores and the Christmas market all within 15 mins. A modern property and feels very new.

The property was a good place to stay for easy access to Geneva in a quiet back street. From arrival the service was great, and staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and offered the services expected for a hotel of this cost - comfortable beds, decent bathroom and hot drinks. The restaurant offered a good range of breakfast options. It was difficult to find the property parking, so used the nearby Parking Butini, and found it to be much cheaper.
